2. I want to claim a refund

  • Upon selecting "I want to claim a refund", you will get five more options: <b>1. I want to cancel my flight, 2. Duplicate Booking, 3. Airport Tax Refund, 4. 3. I want to change my flight
  • You can select this option if you want to change the date/timing of the flight voluntarily
  • Enter the pnr and follow the steps, please note that change of flight will be done by connecting to a live chat.

  • You can select this option if you want to check the flight status
  • You will be able to check the flight status upto 24 hrs


5. Modify booking details
  • You can select this option if you want to make changes to the existing bookings

Home quarantine for 14 days for all those flying from other states. Pregnant women, children 10 years and below, senior citizens 80 years and above and terminally ill patients exempted from institutional quarantine. Business fliers will be exempted if they bring a Covid 19 negative certificate issued by an ICMR approved lab.

Andhra Pradesh

14 days at home or at a government facility.

Telangana

Symptomatic fliers will be sent to hospital. Rest can go home.

Goa

Fliers without a covid 19 negative certificate will have to undergo a test for Rs 2000 and home isolation till the results come. If they test positive they will be admitted to a Covid hospital and their family will be kept in paid institutional quarantine. Mandatory 14 day home isolation for those who cant afford the test.

Symptomatic passengers and those with an international travel history to undergo mandatory testing and quarantine. Asymptomatic passengers to submit one of the following on their self-declaration form: 

  1. Provide a COVID negative certificate by an ICMR-authorised lab issued within 48 hours prior to the date of travel. Those without this certificate must undergo mandatory testing by paying INR 2000. 
  2. Get tested by providing swabs at the test centres by paying INR 2000 and ensuring social distancing until results. 
  3. Follow home quarantine for 14 days with stamping. Violation of quarantine shall lead to immediate shifting of the entire family to paid institutionalised quarantine. 

Passengers without a residence in Goa should avoid coming, as no hotels or guesthouses are allowed to function for regular hospitality services.

Travel and Tourism is among the sectors most affected by this crisis but at the same time, Tourism can also be an integral part of the global recovery efforts. In the COVID 19 aftermath, countries will need to realise a new reality of the tourism and travel industry and make all efforts to shape the sector accordingly. Tourism Businesses will require a re-thinking of how they will operate in terms of hygiene, health and safety to ensure safety of their clients and staff. The Ministry of Tourism proposes to recommend Protocols covering all service providers and their related activities to tourism and hospitality sectors, to ensure a safe and prepared approach for a post-COVID 19 revival. They have been prepared with primary focus on identifying and mitigating risks for the service provider and for ensuring necessary safety and hygiene practices in interaction with travelers. Minimizing all possible touch points by use of digital technology has been one of the guiding principles for the guidelines. This would not only help in reducing the risk but also make traceability of the guest easier in case a situation in future warrants so. The protocols would include the requirements that each sub-sector or tourist activity would need to comply with in terms of health and hygiene. The same could be adapted by States/UTs based on their tourism products and service capacity. The protocols/guidelines are applicable to service providers engaged in management of both international and domestic tourists. These include, the following in the tourism supply chain. Govt. of India will launch the Vande Bharat Mission Phase 2 from May 16 to 22 under which Air India will operate 149 flights to bring back Indians stranded in 31 countries.

These will include several places where AI does not have regular flights to like Ukraine, x`Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Nigeria.

The other countries from where stranded Indians will be brought back include US, UAE, Canada, UK, Australia, Italy, France, Singapore and Russia.

Under phase-I, 6,037 Indians were flown back to India on 31 flights operated by Air India and AI Express in five days starting from May 7.

While, 64 flights (42 by AI and 24 by AI Express) are to be operated under phase-I to 12 countries including USA, UK, Bangladesh, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Philippines, UAE and Malaysia to repatriate 14,800 Indians, the second phase will see 149 more flights (including feeder flights) in operation.

“Each and every function in this massive air evacuation mission strictly adheres to the safety and hygiene protocol laid down by the government and DGCA.”

“Aviation ministry, Airports Authority of India and Air India prioritise the safety of passengers, crew and ground handling staff in these sensitive evacuation missions. Extensive and meticulous safety arrangements are made in accordance to government guidelines,” aviation ministry said in a statement.

As per the announcement by the Government of India to extend the nation-wide lockdown, our domestic and international operations stand suspended till 23:59 hours of 3rd May 2020. This may cause you to re-evaluate your bookings with us and reconsider your travel plans.




We offer you extended validity on your existing bookings

If you were unable to make a change to your booking before your travel date or wish to make a change to your upcoming travel booking, please do not worry. Your PNR has been automatically extended till 31st December 2020 and remains valid in our system.

The above extension of validity and flexibility is applicable if your ticket is issued on or before 14th April 2020 for travel commencing on or before 31st May 2020.

We offer you the flexibility to change dates and sectors

We understand that you may not wish to travel on the same domestic sector in the future. Therefore, in addition to opting for an alternate travel date, we are also offering you the flexibility to pick an alternate domestic sector, if you wish to. You can opt for the same till 31st December 2020, without any change fee. However, the fare differential, if any, will be applicable.

If you have decided on a firm alternate travel date or an alternate travel sector, we request you to reschedule your booking by calling the Vistara Customer Service Center on +91 9289228888 or by sending an email to custrelations@airvistara.com.

We have extended your current CV Tier Status till 30th September 2020. In case your Tier Status was due for re-evaluation between 18th March 2020 and 30th September 2020, it will now be re-evaluated on 1st October 2020.

Your One-Class Upgrade vouchers and complimentary ticket vouchers through our Axis Bank Vistara Credit Cards and Club Vistara SBI Credit Cards remain unaffected

If you are currently holding One Class Upgrade vouchers issued as part of your tier benefit or complimentary ticket vouchers through our co-brand credit cards that expire during the lockdown period i.e. 25th March 2020 onwards, we will be issuing you a fresh set of vouchers with a 4-month validity once we restart our operations. For example: If we restart operations on 4th May 2020, we will issue vouchers to replace the expired vouchers, that can be used till 3rd September 2020. This is not valid for One-Class Upgrade vouchers issued as a promotion.

Your CV Points balance will remain intact

In case your CV Points are expiring during the lockdown period beginning 25th March 2020 onwards, we will be re-crediting equivalent CV Points to your CV account. These CV Points will also be issued and communicated to you once we restart operations and will be valid for a period of 4 months from date of issuance.

Terms and Conditions for flight rescheduling:

The flexibility is offered for all bookings made on or before 14th April 2020 for travel commencing on or before 31st May 2020. The same is applicable for redemption bookings as well.

The PNR number of the original booking is essential for rescheduling the flight. Customer must pick an alternate date of travel and/or an alternate domestic sector till 31st December 2020.

Flexibility to change the sector is only applicable to bookings made on our domestic sector. For bookings made on international sectors, only the flexibility to change the date is offered.

Bookings made directly through the website, mobile app or call center, can be rescheduled by calling the Vistara Customer Service Center on +91 9289228888 any time till 31st December 2020. Your booking will be changed without any change fee, however, the fare differential, if any, will be applicable.

Any subsequent changes will include the regular change fee and fare difference.

Rescheduling will only be done for existing customers

Other fare conditions as per the booking rules apply.

The PNR is non-transferable/non-refundable and cannot be clubbed with any existing offer.

For bookings made through a complimentary voucher, only one change of date and sector is permitted.

The upgrade vouchers used will be forfeited and the change will be applicable in the upgraded cabin class (if the redemption class is available), otherwise it will be applicable in the original booking class.
