DAY - 01 - Arrival & Transfer to Kalimpong - Our representative will be there to receive the Guest at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) - He will assist guest to proceed to Kalimpong - Nearly 85 Kilometers, 3 ½ - 4 Hours - Kalimpong is a historical destination on the old silk route - It is situated on the foothills of the Himalayas at an elevation of 1243 meters / 4078 feet - Kalimpong is a hill station buzzing with colorful people with lovely orchids, Gladiolus, rarest cacti and nurseries and offers spectacular views of the Mount Kanchendzonga and its range - It is ideal setting with milder climate for walks - Check into Hotel / resort – Evening free to roam around the local market or nursery - Overnight stay at Kalimpong

Day - 04 - Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir(Full Day) - Morning breakfast at hotel – Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir ( New ) nearly 40 kilometers - The Lake is oval shaped lake nearly 50 feet deep - Generally covered in snow for most of the year the year – This lake is home to the Brahmini ducks & many migratory birds – Nearby is the sacred Baba Mandir known to be a very holy site for all - Nathu La Pass to Republic of China is nearly 20 kilometers and is optional tour - Back to Gangtok - Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center - Over Night stay at Gangtok (Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided)
Day – 05 –Transfer to Darjeeling - After breakfast drive 65 kilometers 1 ½ - 2 hours – Darjeeling – This was the Summer capital of the East India Company – Situated at an height of 2123 meters / 70001 feet lies the land of breathtaking beauty, sloping tea gardens with spectacular views of the Mount Everest is the Queen of the hills – It is also home to the famous World Heritage train – The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR), Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI), etc. Beautiful tea garden with the view of The Himalayan range along with the snow peaks of mount Kanchenjunga is one of the tourist hot spot of this region - Check into hotel – Evening free to roam around Mall or local Shopping center - Over Night stay at Darjeeling

The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.
3. Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourne by the guest directly (Except at Luxury Plus, Luxury, Heritage Premium & Classic categories)
4. Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to StanderRoom.
5. Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.

7. For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll out bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.

- Methods of Payment
We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Full payment must be made by credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This will appear as a charge on your statement.
- Confirmation of Payment
Once the payment is made, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip via email. A printed copy can be used as proof of payment to redeem your tour package. Please ensure that you have provided the correct information regarding your travel requirements at the time of booking.
- Cancellation & No Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation
- Every tour activity/attraction/hotel has its own cancellation policies. Before booking any activity with Tripmaza, clients must read the cancellation policy of that specific tour.
- Combo tours can be canceled, but if any single tour within a combo is canceled, the combo offer will no longer apply. In this case, Tripmaza will charge the individual tour price for the non-canceled tours and refund the remaining amount.
- If you do not cancel, you will only be able to enjoy the tours and services included in the options you selected.
4.2 No Show
- If you fail to show up for the tour, no refunds—partial or full—can be provided. The same applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, or chauffeur-driven services. Rescheduling is also not permitted for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel-related services.
- Cancellation Procedures
Before canceling, we recommend that you carefully read the cancellation rules applicable to your tour package. To cancel all or part of your reservation, you must notify Tripmaza B2B in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm it via email, fax, or telephone, along with the applicable fees. Tripmaza B2B is not responsible for any cancellations that have not been received from you or not confirmed by us.
- Itinerary Amendments
Routings and services in your package are subject to change based on local weather conditions, airline schedules, and other factors. Should this occur, we will provide suitable alternatives of similar value, depending on availability. We will announce any itinerary changes, if applicable, prior to departure. Tripmaza reserves the right to implement minor amendments to itineraries at any time without reimbursement. Additionally, no reimbursement will be made in the event of force majeure, such as floods or earthquakes.
- Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy
If we are unable to secure accommodation in your preferred hotel, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative of similar budget and standard. Check-in and check-out policies vary by hotel. Tripmaza is not responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests that cannot be accommodated by the hotel due to its schedule.
- Travel Insurance
Tripmaza is not liable for any damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal baggage, or trip cancellations. We recommend that travelers obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
- Travel Documents
