Maharashtra

Mumbai airport authorities to send passengers for 14 days home isolation after screening.

Rajasthan

14 days institutional quarantine for elderly and symptomatic travellers. No clarity for others.

Gujarat

State Government not to force isolation either at any institutional facility or at home.

Uttar Pradesh

14 days at home. Uttarakhand

10 days in government facility or hotel. Home facility allowed only if health officials are convinced.

Punjab

14 days home isolation.

Himachal Pradesh

14 days institutional quarantine.

Chandigarh

No quarantine.

Haryana

Gurgaon administration insists on 14 day home isolation.

Jammu and Kashmir

4 days of institutional quarantine.

West Bengal

No clarity on quarantine. Domestic flights will resume only from May 28 in view of cyclone Amphane aftermath.

Odissa

Professionals, Government officials and businessmen exempted from quarantine if they return within 72 hours. Others need home isolation for 14 days.

Bihar

No quarantine required.

Jharkhand

14 day home isolation for all.

Assam

7 days Institutional quarantine followed by 7 days home quarantine. Only those who return the same day will be exempted.

Madhya Pradesh

14 days Institutional quarantine for symptomatic travellers.

Chattisgarh

14 days isolation at a hotel or a government facility or at home.

Kerela

14 days home isolation.

Karnataka

7 days Institutional quarantine followed by 7 days of home isolation for fliers from Maharashtra, Gujarat, TamilNadu, Delhi, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Home quarantine for 14 days for all those flying from other states. Pregnant women, children 10 years and below, senior citizens 80 years and above and terminally ill patients exempted from institutional quarantine. Business fliers will be exempted if they bring a Covid 19 negative certificate issued by an ICMR approved lab.

Andhra Pradesh

14 days at home or at a government facility.

Telangana

Symptomatic fliers will be sent to hospital. Rest can go home.

Goa

Fliers without a covid 19 negative certificate will have to undergo a test for Rs 2000 and home isolation till the results come. If they test positive they will be admitted to a Covid hospital and their family will be kept in paid institutional quarantine. Mandatory 14 day home isolation for those who cant afford the test.

Symptomatic passengers and those with an international travel history to undergo mandatory testing and quarantine. Asymptomatic passengers to submit one of the following on their self-declaration form: 

  1. Provide a COVID negative certificate by an ICMR-authorised lab issued within 48 hours prior to the date of travel. Those without this certificate must undergo mandatory testing by paying INR 2000. 
  2. Get tested by providing swabs at the test centres by paying INR 2000 and ensuring social distancing until results. 
  3. Follow home quarantine for 14 days with stamping. Violation of quarantine shall lead to immediate shifting of the entire family to paid institutionalised quarantine. 

Passengers without a residence in Goa should avoid coming, as no hotels or guesthouses are allowed to function for regular hospitality services.
