Required Documents
Original Valid Passport + Old Passports with mandatory minimum 06 months validity from the date of travel. The passport should also have a minimum of two blank visa pages.
Original Photograph – 80% face, 20% shoulder, white background with headspace.
Detailed Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of People’s Republic of China, New Delhi on Company Letterhead with stamp and signature, along with entry and exit dates, PAX name and passport number. Company profile in brief should also be mentioned in the cover letter.
Duly Completed and Signed Visa Application Form – Details and filling will be done by us.
Aadhaar Card PDF – Online downloaded colour copy, full page.
Invitation from Chinese Company as per the Embassy format strictly as below:
Signatory Name should be written in both Chinese and English language.
Signature should be a cross signature on the company seal, and the signature should be in Chinese.

Please find below the detailed requirements for applying for a China Tourist Visa.
Kindly share all the necessary details and documents to proceed with the visa application. An Excel sheet has been attached for visa form filling.
Required Documents
1. Passport
- Original passport with at least 10 years validity
- Must be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of return
- At least 2 blank visa pages
- Copies of relevant passport pages
- Copies of any expired passports (last 5 years), if applicable
2. Visa Application Form will be filled by Us (TripMaza)
3. Photographs
- Two recent photographs (33 mm x 48 mm)
- Plain white background
- 70–80% face coverage with straight pose
- 2 matte finish and 2 glossy finish
4. Covering Letter
- Printed and duly signed by the applicant
- Must include:

- Hotel details

- Self-employed: Company letterhead

7. Income Proof
- Income certificate on letterhead with stamp and signature
8. Bank Statements
- Last 6 months bank statement (personal/company)
- Must be stamped and signed by bank
- Maintain average balance of INR 2,00,000 per person
9. Financial Documents
- Income Tax Returns (last 3 years)
- GST certificate (if applicable)
- Trade License (for company/self-employed applicants)
10. Additional Photograph Requirement
- One recent photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm)
- White background, 70–80% face coverage
11. COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
12. Additional Supporting Documents
- All passports (original + copies)
- Copies of previous visas (if any)
Important Notes
- Travel itinerary must include flight and hotel bookings, OR
an invitation letter from a person/company in China - Covering letter must include:
- Contact details of inviting person/company (if applicable)
- Employment letter must include:
- Employer name, contact number
- Applicant’s income details
- Minimum bank balance requirement: INR 1,50,000+ (recommended higher for better approval chances)
- If travelling via Hong Kong, a Hong Kong Visa is required

- Scanned passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel
- 1 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up and visible complete forehead (recommended from professional cameraman)

- Hong Kong Pre-Arrival Registration – PAR if entry is from Hongkong

10. Original Visa will be with our guide at the border.
11. Visa Guide fees n included in the visa cost if it is Shenzhen bay border.
12. Visa Guide fees extra if it is Zhuhai or any other border. ( USD 100 per guide one side i.e. USD 200 for entry and exit)
13. Under 144 Visa you can visit Guangdong Region only.
14. Under 144 Visa you can enter China via Shenzhen bay or Zhuhai border and exit either from the same border or any port from Guangdong province , like exit can be from Guangzhou airport.

10. Point on entry has to be Shanghai or Kunming only. ( Kunming is preferred as rejection case is low)
11. Processing Time - 15 working days
12. Visa shall be applied 15 days prior to date of arrival from our China office.
13. Original Visa shall be sent to you via DHL from China office, which you shall receive 2-3 days prior to date of departure.
14. However we shall send you the soft copy of the visa once approved which is probably 6-7 days prior to the date of arrival.
15. Arrival & Departure Visa guide is mandatory.
16. Visa Guide fees is USD 100 per entry & USD 100 per exit.
17. It is Mandatory to take arrival transfers & departure transfers from us along with the visa.
18. This is a paper group visa with which is single entry and length of stay is maximum 30 days.
