Important conditions for providing Oxygen Cyclinder.
1. Oxygen cylinders will be provided to covid patients only who are suffering with oxygen crisis. Doctor prescription is mandatory where oxygen needed to the patient is written clearly,
2. We are taking ₹. 15000 security deposit, (Refundable)
3. We will charge for refilling ₹. 250,
4. We will charge ₹. 200 for delivery and setup charges upto 7 km in siliguri and above we will charge ₹. 500,
5. We will provide free cylinders, free, oxygen flow metre with humidifier, free oxygen mask,
6. We are permitting the patients to use the oxygen cylinders for six days only if anyone keeps more then six days then we will charge ₹. 200 per day rent,
7. Every patients have to return the cylinder and the oxygen flow metre with humidifier without any damage, if there will be any damage we will charge for it.
8. Every patients after fulfilling all the criterias will have to collect the cylinders from RUPALI ENTERPRISE, at 45/2 Baghajatin Colony, PO. and P.S. Pradhan nagar, siliguri, dist. Darjeeling,
