How to register and book on TripMaza b2b portal. -
1. Register on tripmaza agent portal.
2. After registration connect with TripMaza team to activate your account. Activation will be done by TripMaza backend team after verifying your details.
In PAN card field you may put NEPAL1234N as it is mandatory field in the form. Also you may attach your passport photo in the attachment.
3. Once activation is done you may request for training/demo of the booking system to understand how to book, make payments, add service fee, raise cancellation request, etc. Also please share if you would like your id to be mapped under distributor or work on direct payment basis. (In direct payment system you need to transfer amount to TripMaza in advance through bank for booking your tickets. TripMaza will provide you the necessary agreement and Performa Invoice for the bank to bank transfer.)
4. Introduction to Nepal Distributor and Sales person who will help you in case of any assistance required.
5. We will create a whatsapp group with our support team for every Nepal based travel partners to help you to connect with our team on priority. You can also add your team members so that they can get instant support from TripMaza whenever required.
