- Original Passport with minimum 6 months validity.
- Old Passport if any.
- 2 Photos (White Background 80% Face matt Finish).
- Personal Covering Letter.
- Return air tickets.
- Proof of accommodation in Europe/Invitation Letter
- Invitee ID copy, Address & contact details (if any relative in Europe).
- Travel insurance.
- Latest 6 months bank statement stamped & signed by the bank.
- Latest 3 years ITR with Computation.
- If you are self-employed:
- Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annex A & Company’s.
- Company ITR for the last 3 assessment years.
- Last 6 months business bank account statement stumped & signed by bank.
- Partnership Deed/Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
- If you are employed/salaried:
- Company ID card.
- NOC from company.
- Last3-month salary slip or last 3month’s salary account statement.
- If you are Retired:
- Proof of retirement.
- Last 3 months pension account statement, stumped & signed
- Proof of regular income generated by rent of property or business.
- If you are Student:
- Student ID card.
- Letter from school/collage.
- Parent’s confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.
- Parent’s financial documents.
- Vaccination Certificate.
- Company service charges- Rs. 3500
- Visa processing Time: 20-22 working days
- Note-Above are the basic documents, if any other document is required by the High Commission we will inform the client, depending on the applicant’s profile.
