Turkey Visa Requirements and Checklist
Important Note:
- The visa application form must be manually filled out in capital letters using blue or black pen.
- Affix 1 photograph to the form and ensure it is signed by the applicant.
- A signed declaration is required for each applicant.

Visa Fees (Single Entry):
- Embassy Fee: INR 11,171/-
- Includes Insurance (INR 5,430) and Visa Fee (INR 5,055)
- Gateway (Appointment) Fee: INR 6,814/-
- Premium Lounge (VIP) (Optional): INR 6,195/-
- Courier Charges: INR 800/-
- Alltourus Holidays Service Charge: INR 1,000/-

Visa Processing Time:
- Standard processing time is 15 working days.
- Processing time may be extended based on circumstances.

Required Documents:
Visa Application Form
- Manually filled with blue or black pen in capital letters
- One photograph affixed, signed by the applicant
Passport
- Original passport issued within the last 10 years
- Minimum validity of 6 months beyond the intended stay in Turkey
- At least two full blank pages
Biometric Photos
- Two photographs with a white background, taken within the last 6 months
- Depicting the full face, including ears and hair, clearly visible
- Size: 2.5 x 2.5 inches
Leave Letter
- From employer or covering letter in personal business letterhead (if self-employed)
- Authorized signatory, name, designation, and company seal
Travel Insurance
- Valid for the entire duration of the trip in Turkey
Flight Ticket
- Confirmed round trip flight reservation
Hotel Reservation
- Confirmed hotel booking
Bank Statements
a) Employer's Bank Statement (last 3 months) – original or bank-attested copies
b) Personal Bank Statement (last 3 months) – original or bank-attested copies
Salary Slips and Form 16
a) For employees: Last three months' salary slips and Form 16
b) For employers: GST documents
Financial Support Letter
- If the applicant has insufficient funds or a bank account, a notarized financial support letter from the sponsor is required (Not applicable for spouses, parents, and children)
- Minor's Consent Letter
- Required from both parents in all cases, even if traveling with both parents
- Must be on stamp paper, including photos of parents and the applicant, notarized
- Invitation Letter
- If visiting a Turkish citizen or foreigner residing in Turkey
- Letter must include the applicant's full name, passport number, inviter's identity card copy, and bank account details
- Marriage Certificate
- If applicable, marriage certificate from the marriage registrar or affidavit attested by a Notary Public (if not shown in passport)
- Letter of Attorney
- If an agent is applying on behalf of the applicant, an original letter of attorney from the applicant is required
- Passport Copies
- Copies of the first and last pages of the passport
- Tour Itinerary
- Optional
