Accommodation

a) Hotel Voucher

b) Invitation letter/Invitee passport copy/visa copy/work permit copy/British citizen then only

passport copy/residential proof such as any utility bill.

If Self-Employed/ Business: -

a) Brief Company Profile.

b) Proof of ownership (Proof of Proprietorship, Partnership Deed, MOA, GST Certificate, ROC, Form 32)

c) If Professional then Professional Certificate (Example- Doctor, Chartered Accountant, Lawyer etc.).

If Employed: -

a) Copy of Appointment letter.

b) Six months’ Salary Slip’s from Employer.

c) NOC Letter for Travel from Employer.

• A Marriage Certificate is mandatory for all the applicants if their spouse's name is not endorsed in

the passport.

• Original Asset Declaration on authorizing Chartered Accountant's letterhead with his sign and

Stamp.
