Chat Bot's - The new artificial intelligence based chat support system.

Tia, - Air Asia's simplified and agent-friendly chatbot is getting faster, smarter, and more efficient every day! 
New features to Tia include - 1. To undo the checked-in PNR, 2. To get the ticket copy
You will be able to find both of these new features on the main menu 7th option called "Others".

Further, the process of Tia chat is mentioned as follows;

Just type "Hi" & you will get the Main Menu Options:
  1. Flight Cancelled/delayed by AirAsia
  2. I want to claim a refund
  3. I want to change my flight
  4. Check flight status
  5. Modify booking details
  6. Feedback
  7. Others 

1. Flight Cancelled/delayed by AirAsia
  • You can select this option when the flight is either cancelled or delayed(for more than 3 hrs) by us
  • Upon selecting "Flight Cancelled/delayed by AirAsia", you will get two more options: <b>1. I want a refund &amp; 2. I want to change my flight</b>. You may select either of these two options as per your preference, enter the pnr and follow the steps 


2. I want to claim a refund
  • You can select this option if you want to cancel the flight voluntarily
  • Upon selecting "I want to claim a refund", you will get five more options: <b>1. I want to cancel my flight, 2. Duplicate Booking, 3. Airport Tax Refund, 4. Amount debited but booking not confirmed, 5. Medical/Deceased Guest Refund</b>. You may select either of these five options as per your preference, enter the pnr and follow the steps


3. I want to change my flight
  • You can select this option if you want to change the date/timing of the flight voluntarily
  • Enter the pnr and follow the steps, please note that change of flight will be done by connecting to a live chat. 


4. Check flight status
  • You can select this option if you want to check the flight status
  • You will be able to check the flight status upto 24 hrs


5. Modify booking details
  • You can select this option if you want to make changes to the existing bookings
  • Upon selecting "Modify booking details", you will get four more options: <b>1. Name correction, 2. DOB correction, 3. Gender correction, 4. Title correction</b>. You may select either of these four options as per your preference, enter the pnr and follow the steps


6. Feedback
  • You can select this option if you want to give us your valuable feedback/suggestions
  • Upon selecting "Feedback", you will get two more options: <b>1. Compliment, 2. Complaint</b>. You may select either of these two options as per your preference and follow the steps


7. Others
  • You can select this option if you want to know baggage policy, Un-check-in, and to get the ticket copy
  • Upon selecting "Others", you will get three more options: <b>1. Baggage Policy,&nbsp;<span></span>2.&nbsp;<span></span>PNR Check-out<span></span>, 3.&nbsp;<span></span>Get Ticket copy<span></span></b> 
  • The option "PNR Check-out<b></b>" can be selected if you wish to undo the web check-in of the pax, in other words, to un-check-in the pax
  • The option "Get Ticket copy<b></b>" can be selected if you wish to resend the ticket copy to the email id linked to the pnr


Please note:
1) For any modification to the pnr, & also for web checkin, we will require you to provide us either the Last Name/ Email /Mobile Number in order to authenticate. 
2) Also, enter only the serial number of the option instead of typing the option, for example; 
Options:
  1. Flight Cancelled/delayed by AirAsia
  2. I want to claim a refund
if you wish to select the option "I want to claim a refund"  then your need to enter "2"
