Sales Incentives for Tours Team

Operations Team (Domestic Tours)- Aditya/Raj

Team Total Sales x 0.25% 
So if total sales is 30 lakh then incentive amount = ₹ 7500 (to be divided into Ops Team members)
(Minimum sale to qualify = 3 lakh x number of team members) 

i.e if 3 Sales and 1 Ops then 3 x 3 lakh = 9 lakh minimum sale is required from Dom sales team.
Anyone with experience of 2 months or more in domestic sales team will be counted.

Monthly Incentive - Tour Sales

Effective 1st Feb 2026
Below 5 Lakh  - No Incentive

5 Lakh and upto  ₹ 9,99,999 0.5 % incentive on Sale Value
10 Lakh and upto ₹ 19,99,999 0.75% incentive on Sale Value

20 lakh and above 1 % incentive on sale value.


Monthly Incentive - Tour Sales

Effective 1st July 2026
Below 5 Lakh  - No Incentive

5 Lakh and upto  ₹ 14,99,999 earn 0.5 % incentive on total sale value
15 Lakh and upto ₹ 29,99,999 earn 0.75% incentive on total sale value

30 lakh and above earn 1 % incentive on total sale value.
So if someone sells tours worth 12 lakh then his/her incentive amount will be calculated as per below - 
12 lakh x 0.5% = 6000

So if someone sells tours worth 18 lakh then his/her incentive amount will be calculated as per below - 

18 lakh x .75 % = 13500

Expectations from marketing team 
To achieve month-on-month growth across key performance areas, including:
  • Booking Count, Booking Value, Active Agents Increment, New Agent Registrations through New Groups


  • Effective 1st Apr 2026 New Marketing Incentive slabs shall be applicable.
    Slabs start from 1 lakh onwards.
    For every 1 lakh of incremental business of agent - Account owner shall get ₹ 200 incentive. Incremental business will be calculated between last and second last month. So for example when calculating Incentives for November the date between October and November will be compared. Minimum increment sale of 50k is necessary for eligibility of incentive. 50k increment is only applicable for agent doing below 2lakh per month. Also, going forward, incentives will be adjusted both ways —incentive will be given for positive change per lakh, and deduction will be applied for every negative change per lakh.
     So for example-

      90 Lakh in a quarter - ₹ 4,500.
      1 Crore and above in a quarter - ₹ 5,000.

      Team Incentives on Average Per Member sale.
      Monthly team incentive is effective 1st July 2026. Quarterly and Yearly incentives are effective 1st Apr 2026.
      Incentives shall be parted only after completion of the entire term. (I.e month/quarter/year.)

    In this incentive plan if every flight sales team member does say 20 lakh + of sales per month consistently then -

    You earn ₹ 3000 monthly incentive

    Plus 1000 you can earn from quarterly incentive.

    Plus 500 you can earn from monthly team incentive

    Plus 500 you can earn from quarterly team incentive

    Plus 500 you can earn from annual team incentive.

    So average earning = ₹ 5,500 per member/per month.
